About us

We focus on using the best ingredients for our pastas and pizzas to help you eat healthier. Angelo, our chef and pizza maker with over 35 years of experience and a coeliac, knows how to cater to gluten intolerances. His wife, Melissa, is a former wedding planner and has worked in many high-end places, including Crown. Our pizzas are made Italian-style with a thin crust and cheese on the bottom, allowing the fresh toppings to shine. Our pastas are cooked in front of you, and our sauces, like Bolognese and Napolitana, are homemade along with our Lasagne and some pasta dishes. ENJOY!
